I found out that 16-18 days after conception (makes about 5 wks) is when the progesterone level will drop if your going to have the problem. I had never tested before 5 week mark before this time and now I know that after 5 weeks my level drops. I've had two miscarriages in the past, one discovered at 12 week scan (hb had stopped, baby measured 9 weeks) and another at a 6 week scan (no hb detected & sac measuring behind in weeks). I was nervous thinking about stopping, but was feeling really awful with sickness, constipation one day, diarrhoea the next, all the symptoms under the sun.
